Renoverade studentbostäder i Malmgård

God tillgång, det finns ofta lediga lägenheter.

Renoverade fyravåningshus ungefär en kilometer från Malmgårds järnvägsstation. Området har dessutom bussförbindelse till Helsingfors centrum. I Malmgårdsområdet finns många parker för utomhusmotion och dessutom Helsingfors högsta punkt Malmgårdstoppen med sin populära konditionstrappa.

Från lägenheterna vid Arentikuja kommer man behändigt med tåg till läroanstalterna i bland annat Haga, Myrbacka, Böle och Helsingfors centrum.

Lägenheterna i huset är huvudsakligen tvåor som hyrs ut till ensamboende. Några kompislägenheter finns det också i fastigheten. För par och familjer har huset relativt små tvåor.

Lägenheternas kök, badrum och golv förnyades i samband med ombyggnaden som slutfördes 2018.
