The light-coloured apartment blocks of Rälssintie 16 are located next to the Pukinmäki train station and Kehä I ring road. The public transport connections towards Viikki, Pasila, Helsinki city centre and Tikkurila, Vantaa are excellent.
As a residential area, Pukinmäki is a compact but pleasant community of new and old apartment blocks and houses. The services are centred around the Pukinmäki station. There are many parks in the area, mostly around the Vantaanjoki river. The neighbourhood also has well lit cycle paths.
The Rälssintie apartments are two and three room apartments for couples and families with children, for students moving alone there are shared apartments. Almost all apartments have either a balcony or own garden. Saunas, club room and the only lift in this property are located in staircase D.
