Renovated student apartments near Espoon keskus
A basic renovation has been finished at the property in July 2022.
There are studio apartments and spacious two and three-room apartments for friends, couples and families. The apartments' kitchens, bathrooms and floors have been renovated in the basic renovation on 2022.
The apartments are cosy and modern; the floors are made of wood-patterned vinyl planks, the kitchen cabinets are colored white and grey, and the work spaces are made of dark laminate. The bathrooms have grey-and-white tiling.
The residential buildings form a sheltered courtyard with a playground for children and a barbecue area. There is also a day care center in the building. In the surrounding areas, there are spaciously built low-rise apartment blocks.
Omnia's Kirkkokatu, Lakelankatu and Lehtimäentie schools are located near the property. Espoo central train station and its services are within walking distance. You can get to Helsinki city centre in about half an hour, and to Leppävaara and its schools in about 20 minutes.
The elevators are located in staircases A, C, D and F.
WATER FEE: This property will have water fee from the beginning of 2024. The water fee is invoiced monthly in advance together with rent payment, and the fee will be checked every four months. Water fee for studios is 25 €, for two-room apartments 35 €, and for three-room apartments 50 € per month.
