Very popular property, very rarely available apartments.
Pasilanraitio 6 is located in Länsi-Pasila, about half a kilometre from the Pasila railway station and Tripla shopping centre. Pasila has a good selection of services and access to central Helsinki and Tikkurila, Vantaa is fast with local trains. The close proximity of the Keskuspuisto park adds to the comfort of living in the area. Keskuspuisto has many running tracks, an allotment garden and horse stables. As a neighbourhood, Länsi-Pasila is a quiet area with mainly apartment blocks.
A basic renovation at the property will be completed in August 2020. Kitchens and bathrooms were fully renovated. The flooring is grey vinyl tile.
There are two and three room apartments for couples and families. Shared apartments and studios are offered to those applying alone. Almost all of the apartments have a balcony. There is a club room for the tenants.
