New studios and family apartments in Myyrmäki
A total of 124 new student residences will be completed by February 2023 at Iskospolku 2 in Myyrmäki, Vantaa. The eight-story building has 68 studio apartments and 56 two-room apartments for families, couples or siblings.
There are oak-colored laminate floors and white walls in the apartments. The tile floor in the bathroom is gray, the wall tiles are white, and one wall has gray effect wall tiling. There are blinds on the windows and all apartments have a reservation for tenant’s own dishwasher. Some apartments also have a place for a washing machine.
On the first floor of the building you will find a bike storage room with numbered racks, free-of-charge washing machines and dryers, a sauna and a club room.
The building is located in the renewed center of Myyrmäki next to the train station. Thanks to the train and comprehensive bus connections, Myyrmäki has convenient connections to many places.

The new homes in Iskospolku 2 are now offered up for rent, and the new tenants will be able to move in in February 2023.
If you are interested in living in this new building and you already have a valid apartment application in our system, you can update it by adding Myyrmäki to your selected areas. Remember to check that your maximum rent is high enough. New applicants can submit their applications by filling in the form and adding Myyrmäki to their wish list of desired areas.
